Back into my gym routine. The goal is 5-6 workouts per week. If I can get back into my Monday though Friday routine, then I’m all set! I was running 4-6 miles a day a couple of months ago. It will take time to build up my endurance again. I plan on starting out by walking – jogging 3 miles a day this week, then slowly add. Next week I’ll shoot for 4 miles a day.
