Digital Vision Board

Happy New Year! Do you make vision boards? If so, do you make a new one each year? Or do you keep the same one for your long term visualization of your goals? Either way, it’s a great way to keep your goals and dreams right in front of you. I have to admit, breaking out a bunch of magazines and glue sticks doesn’t appeal to me these days. It’s been so hectic with the holidays, I could barely get Christmas cards out on time. I heard at the post office that it’s because Thanksgiving was later this year, which gave us less time to prepare for Christmas. Yeah, let’s go with that excuse.

So I thought, this year I would ditch the magazines and glue sticks and go digital. Also, I wanted to get the whole family to make one so we all work on our goals together. We can print on paper and create wallpapers on our phones so that we can see them everyday.

So let’s all head over to Pinterest and create a secret (or public if you’d like) board “Vision Board 2020”.

You will also need to download the Pic Collage app if you don’t already have it.

Here’s what we did, using our iPhones:

  1. In Pinterest, create a new board called “Vision Board 2020”
  2. Start pinning images that speak to you

3. Download 10-15 of your favorites. To download, click on the desired photo and look for the 3 dots to get the “download image” option.

4. Click on “download image” to save to your camera roll

5. Then open the Pic Collage app. Select the photos you want for your Vision Board.

6. Click on the check mark in the upper right corner after you’re done.

7. Click on “Sizes” then select 8×10 if you want to print your Vision Board.

8. You can also make a wallpaper for your phone. We did both ways so we can see it on our phones everyday and also taped the printed on to a wall where we’ll always see it. Mine is on a wall on my side of the master bathroom where I put on my makeup every morning.

9. Click on “Grids” to choose your layout.

10. If you want to rearrange your photos, touch a photo and drag it to the photo you want to swap with .

11. Click “Done” after you are finished laying out the images.

12. Click on “Save to Library” and it will be saved to your camera roll on your phone.

13. Now you can print an 8×10 or set to your wall paper lock screen on your phone!

That’s it!

What’s on my Vision Board? Hawaii, date nights, eating healthy, Rosarito Baja Mexico, a corgi, money, fitness, a white Jeep Wrangler, Paris, working from home in a beautiful living room, Santorini Greece, an Airstream trailer, eating compassionately, and Jamaica. Just a few of my goals and dreams that I would love to have in my future. 🙂

Whatever your dreams and goals are, I hope you get everything you’ve worked so hard for in life. Keep your Vision Board in front of you always and go after them!

Happy New Year! I hope you enjoyed this post.
